Grass-fed beef in Wheaton, IL

We raise 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef on our farm in Allegan, Michigan. One weekend a month, we bring it to customers in and around Wheaton, IL.

What we sell here

Our beef. All of it comes from cattle raised on our farm. Their diet is pasture and stored grasses (hay or grass silage). The beef is flash frozen right after processing, so it comes to you frozen. Our protocols explain how we raise our cattle.

When we’re here

One weekend a month. The date changes, so contact us for the next one.

How ordering and pickup work

Order through the order form, or contact us with questions first.

We hand off orders at a family member’s home in the western Chicago suburbs. It isn’t a market or a store, so there’s no stand to walk up to. Contact us and we’ll tell you where to meet us.

We don’t ship. Pickup is the only way to get our beef in Wheaton.

Plan your freezer space before you order. As a rule of thumb, one cubic foot of freezer space holds up to 25 pounds of meat.
